The assessment considers access, proposed equipment positions, excavation and surrounding surfaces. Confirm any assessment charge in advance. Required utility coordination, local approvals and other trades should be identified before construction.
3. Review the written scope
Compare the design, materials, filtration or reservoir, rockwork and finishing. Clarify electrical work, planting, spoil removal, restoration, exclusions and authorization for changes. Confirm pricing, payment terms and actual warranty terms directly.
4. Confirm scheduling
Scheduling depends on the agreed design, access, materials, weather and any approvals or other trades. Submitting a form does not reserve a construction date or book an appointment.
5. Review operation and care
The handover should include operation checks and instructions for the installed system. Discuss equipment access, regular care and any fish introduction arrangements. Keep the accepted scope, instructions and warranty documentation.
